We use New Zealand Courier and Courier Post for Nationwide Shipping. 

Our shipping and postage costs will be provided to you at the time of your order if required. We will send you a tracking number once your item has been collected so you can see it's progress. 

We make every effort to ensure that your items are shipped to you within a reasonable timeframe following completion however there are some events associated directly with courier companies that are out of our control - this includes the sometimes crazy weather! 


We have a strict no return or exchange policy for any items that have been customised at your request. We are happy to review any items that are faulty, however once an item leaves our store it is difficult for us to accept returns.


We welcome any feedback on our products or service to you and hope that you will give us the opportunity to make amends to anything that you are unhappy with.
